The fusion of jazz, ballet, and raw emotion is designed to explore the dynamics and flow of your natural body. Sometimes referred to as ‘Modern’ or ‘Lyrical’ dance, this world-class dance style will focus on the flexibility and strength within yourself.

Classes are suitable for adult beginners and experienced dancers, we will teach you the fundamentals of contemporary dance while extending your technical skill and body alignment.

WHAT TO WEAR

Clothing: Contemporary dance wear, leggings, t-shirt. (Street wear not recommended)

Footwear: Barefoot or flexible dance shoes, ballet shoes.
